Welcome to the seventh edition of The Base Line Cut, otherwise known as the BLC. It's a bit like a BLT, but without the tomato. • As the NBA Playoffs quickly creep up on us, the writers of Bloguin have gathered around an electronic table (an electable?) to discuss what we can expect. Who will be the main contenders? Who will be the dark horse? Which teams will surprise and disappoint?
